Bright LED Shoes offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include original tags and accessories. We provide a free prepaid shipping label for both refunds and exchanges—shipping costs are never deducted from your refund.
Battery issues are covered separately under our One year warranty.
